Banning Policy

well guys, to start this topic off, I'm Caleb Wheeler, go by CAP a lot more though. I'm creator of Solstice and have been running it since the start of 2009 that started at CRI Racing, and i've had pretty good success since then with everything. and now I've re-opened the forum we started back up in late 08 but died. so with a little help from me and some of the guys, we're getting this place fire...

Hey there fellow members. Everyone is here for the same purpose as everyone else. We all love(d) NASCAR and we like to race on nr2k3. Our policy here is a "One Warning per member" policy. We will not tolerate the breaking of rules here at Solstice Racing.

Our banning policy is as follows:

1st Offense: Warning

2nd Offense: 24 Hour Ban

3rd Offense: 1 Week Ban

4th Offense: 1 Month Ban

5th Offense: Permanant Ban

If the ban is not served to the full extent (re-registering under another username, using another user's profile, etc.), both the original banee and any parties involved wil recieve a Permanant Ban.

All bans will be notified through e-mail, to give information such as length, reason for banning, etc.
