iRacing League Again

I think this would work now, the vast majority of us seems to be on iRacing now. I was thinking we should start small with a 8 race street stock season on most of the free tracks. how about this schedule? I think this would be a fun little series for us to do and be easy for everyone to participate.

1. South Boston 75 Laps
2. Charlotte Big Oval 50 Laps
3. USA International 75 Laps
4. Lanier 75 Laps
5. Charlotte legends Road Course (for the lol's) 30 Laps
6. Langley 75 Laps
7. Oxford 75 Laps
8. Charlotte Legends Oval 100 Laps

Work schedule pending, as always, but yes.

Same as above yes. Would there be any limitations such as Saftey/iRating?

I'm sure for new people there would be, as for you, or anyone else who just started would be good to go since you are known here and we know your abilities as a driver.

I'd say at least a reasonable class like D 2.5 or something and at least an iRating over 1000 for people that are somewhat new to our league.

I was also thinking of running this a little later in the day than our normal leagues like at 9PM EST or something, people seem to not be able to make 7:30 because of work and school sports.

I'd be down if it was later for sure.

But 100+ lap races im not sure lol. (Schedule looks ok right now lol, just saying)

Yeah, 100 laps seems a tad much.

you people do realize that the legends oval laps in like, 12-14 seconds right

most of the tracks aren't even a half mile, 100 laps has usually been our standard for league racing on short tracks anyway. 100 laps at the legends oval is nothing. I just made that race 100 because the track is so small and its the season finale. but maybe we can change the other short tracks to 50 laps to make it like a local track feature sprint, and no pitting for tires, you'd probably lose a lap anyway with how long it takes to change tires in the street stock. Pitting would be allowed for the longer races at the Charlotte big oval and legends oval though. how does that sound?

late.models

some admin edit the poll and change it to Late Models vs. Street Stock, I'd like to run late models but I want to run something everyone has.

late models would be a hell of a lot better to drive than the street stocks lol
