I'm not sure if it's just me sucking dick but this is uber-loose and dew to my 30 minutes at trying to make 2 laps I extremely doubt this is going to be a clean race.

^ Ditto. It is extremely loose on entry, especially on turn 1. I'm slamming the brakes and slowing down big time, and the back end is still coming around. It's a good balance set, just needs some of the entry looseness taken out.

We run chassis 5 at SW's, but we don't run the actual C5 ini. We'll do some testing sometime this week and hopefully fix the looseness on entry without sacrificing the exit too much.

Chassis sucks and the setup is only bearable for a few laps. Why did we have to change a track that runs well without having a different chassis?

I'm just saying, I wouldn't have changed anything. The track ran well with the regular chassis. I made a mistake in saying that the setup sucked. It's okay, but only for a few laps.

Well glad you wouldn't of changed anything. You have to get used to a different driving style with this chassis, adapt to the change, instead of reverting back to something your used to. We've been doing this for the past couple of seasons now. As far as the setup goes, when we worked on it for two hours on Thursday night, we figured it'd be a bit loose going in and we weren't sure how everyone would respond to it and by the looks of it, we need to tighten it on the entry.

I don't know if I'll be able to run this race, as I don't have a car prepared. I do have a car painted for the BR13 mod, but not one made with the Solstice templates.

I honestly don't know if I'm a talentless idiot, but for the life of me, nothing ever worked on that track to actually feel stable without losing the back end on entry, oh well w/e.

That was absolutely the worst track I've ever driven. I dont know if it was the track, the setup, the chassis or a combo (I dislike chassis 5 with a passion). Felt like if you werent in a perfect line you were either skating to the wall or snapping loose.

Welp maybe driver error should be taken into play.....

I could drive that track decently. There was absolutely nothing wrong with it.
(At least until I got damage lol)

I really enjoyed the challenge of tonight and I finally pulled it together. I though it was a pretty decent race that had a nice last run. Looking on to next week.

"After a great night of racing, Cullen Brown takes his first ever Solstice win on the Vegas Strip after holding off a last lap charge from Cleft Chin.
The race started with Brown on the pole along side Cleft as the 21-car-field stormed off into the desert sun. The race however didn't go without problems Wendy as numerous drivers throughout the beginning of the race wrecked, leaving just 8 cars on the lead lap in the end.
Adam Codol made his first start since his shopping cart accident in the Harris Teeter parking lot, but his night ended early because he car said so, blowing a motor on lap 32.
After the race's 5th caution, a 40+ lap run to the end summed up the second half of the event. Drivers like Jack Stroski, Chad Mikosz, and Williams battled it out throughout the run whilst Cleft was busy tracking down Brown.
With green flag stops with less than 15-to-go, Brown got off pit road first but Cleft closed in.
On the final lap Cleft attempted a last lap pass on the outside of Brown going into turn 4 but the wall said nope and Brown lead Cleft to the win.
Next week Proline is off to the Appellation Mountain-based Bristol Motor Speedway for some short trackin' moon shinin' Terry Labonteian' racin'."
