so they change the fan vote rule to where you don't have to finish on the lead lap in the showdown to get the fan vote. AKA: the Danica rule

From the looks of it, she'll be fast enough to stay on the lead lap anyways.

Here's my All-Star rant:

After a badass night of being rained on, surrounded by the world's largest Dale Jr. fanbase/people with the lowest IQ-average, seeing zero tits, actually enjoying the 20-lap segments, and then attempting to throw my cooler over the fence.... I found myself dissapointed yet again.

After Johnson took the lead I knew it was over. If NASCAR hypes up the final 10 lap segment so much, then why was it the most boring part of the race? It's because no fucking driver 4th on back has any initiative to try and pass eachother. Why tear up a $200,000 car trying to pass someone for a position that doesn't even matter? Once the leader gets ahead it's pretty much over....

That being said, NASCAR had it right for the segments, actually making passing worth it. Still though, the leader pretty much pulled ahead every single time.

I'm not pissed just because the one driver I hate more than any other driver in history next to Dale Jr. won, but because the final 10 laps sucked ass tits. Nobody can pass, and even if they could, nobody wanted to.

Literally when he took the white, half the fans around me got up and started leaving. We all knew it was over. For my knowledge, nobody in my section even bothered to watch the post-race shit. I know I didn't.

Walking 9 miles back to the car was somewhat comforting though. It was nice knowing almost every single person around you was just as pissed as you were. By-far the quote of the night was "I just paid 50 bucks ta watch zero wrecks and a homo-sex-ual win..." Everything else I heard was a bunch of "fuck Johnson".

Last year I'll admit was a bigger let-down, but this year is right behind it. I guess I'll just join all the other fans that decided not to come this year (and trust me, it was a fucking lot. I was sitting under the Ford tower on the front stretch and I only saw 2 rows that were full, I had two full rows in front of me with nobody there all night.) and just miss out on my first All-Star since 2006.

Fuck you Jimmie Johnson, and fuck you NASCAR.

One does not simply fathom the amount of butthurt in that post.

Went to Pole Night at Charlotte. Kinda of glad I didn't run the feature races in the Legends All-Star. Got really really soaked by rain. In other news, I think one team might be a little mad after going to tech like 5 times before their q run.

Well Monaco will be interesting with the 2 Mercedes cars on the front row. I wonder how long they can stay up there considering the past races from this season.

Nationwide race...... hmmmm.... meh. Was decent. Was hoping Kasey could of caught Busch at the end. Was some good racing on the restarts in the mid pack for a bit.

Hearing that the Night Before the 500 at IRP is currently under a rain delay.
