Once again, I am overwhelmed by our great admin staff. Joshua Chin, keepin' it classy. So impartial, level-headed and mature. Can someone take away his adminship? I am so sick of a pretentious egomaniac being able to do whatever he wants. If anyone else had done that they would have been ejected and probably suspended.

Sorry again Cody for getting into you. Just checked up, couldnt stop in time. Almost got Ryan the same way. Tough corner.

Pretty sure I had a little engine trouble at the end. Couldn't keep up with Ryan and had to pretty much overdrive it. Got loose off of a curb (not Adam's fault this time surprisingly lol).

GW Ryan.

While I don't agree with the Nick's tone, I also think Chin (a non-points, non-rookie driver) taking out a points driver under caution over what was clearly a simple racing incident was very wrong.

And this is why I stated many of times, Dash should go back how it use to be, Veteran and Dash drivers racing full time and Proline drivers going back to only be able to race 6-7 races,But everyone wants to complain about car counts for Dash.

Its just ridiculous that of anyone, he should be able to get away with taht. If anyone in the field other than him had done it, they would have been ejected. But he's an admin and not running for points,so what are they gonna do? Nothing.

At Michigan Contey plowed me under caution, I nudged him, and he wrecked me. We both got EOLL's, which cost me a top 10. The consistency of these calls are off to be honest.

Because clearly we eject someone every time there's an intentional wreck, right?

"-If you feel the need, intent wrecking is somewhat allowed, but it will still follow the avoidable contact procedures. DO NOT involve anyone else or you may be put on probation and/or suspended, if you wreck half the field trying to get payback, you're gonna be gone for a while. If you wreck the same person more than once, same thing will happen. Bottom line, it's allowed to an extent but not encouraged.

There MAY be penalties more severe than an EOLL for intentional wrecking based on the severity on the incident at the admin's discretion. ie: Lap penalty, park, probation."

It was completely and totally uncalled for. You had literally nothing invested in the race and caused a major incident under caution. So, yes, I think that was worthy of ejection.

And so was you putting me in the fence and taking 2 other cars out as well. Along with shoving Rada off the track with 3 to go and causing a wreck that SHOULD'VE been called as a caution. Personally I didn't because I knew that was going to give you an EOLL and ultimately it didn't matter because you self-spun off from whatever position.

Really? I had nothing invested? No time or anything? And major incident is some hyperbole. I ran into you and barely clipped Paul which sent him into a harmless spin. I apologized to Paul for that, he had no business getting involved. You went into 50 miles of runoff and barely tapped your back bumper on a wall. You were running in SIXTH PLACE after that.

So give me an actual logical reason here.

He FLIPPED into that 50 miles of runoff when you hit him....

It's the dash series, dude. We are either less-talented or less-experienced or both (in my case)...and therefore have more racing incidents, which were what both the You/Nick and Nick/Rada incidents were. I'm not calling for you to lose admin or anything like that, I just want to know that you realize that you were in the wrong in retaliation, not only because you aren't running for points, but because you are an admin, and therefore in a leadership role in the dash series. I mean, if I go to Ryan or Chad or Matt and ask for help, I get it. Ryan taught the track to several of us during practice last week.

With you, however, it seems like you actually work to alienate dash drivers or make them feel unwelcome. Just this week, you have this issue with Nick, you yelled at someone for not passing you even though they didn't realize that it was you saying it until you said "93". You somehow made it my fault when you self-spun trying to pass me, even though I gave you the absolute most room possible without going off myself. I understand wading through us slow guys can be frustrating, but why race dash if you don't want to deal with it?

Why would anything that happened after the incident have any bearing? What you did was completely uncalled for. I'll admit I was driving over my head after that because I was mad as hell and trying to get somewhere with the potato of a car I had left.

And Stubbs is right. You do everything possible to make anyone you don't like feel unwelcome. You don't contribute anything positively to the Dash Series. You routinely make myself, and others, feel unwelcome or unworthy to even participate in a series designated for rookies.

The incident is under further review and will be thoroughly investigated.

From what I have been told, Chin parked himself after the incident (from multiple sources), which was the right thing for him to have done at the time (which is mentioned in the rules when an intentional wreck involved another car). Any further infractions (if any) will be announced at a later time.

Also, please watch the flaming of other racers in the forums and on Teamspeak, that could also lead to punishment if deemed necessary.

Thank you.
