2014B Proline Team Championship - (As of Gateway)

As far as I know we aren't changing anything as far as the team points format for this season. However I think we should get some ideas around for the winter season to test out when that starts to come around the corner in a few months (Top average finish per team? Independents Trophy for 1 car/driver teams? Double points for a race? etc.)

FAQ's & Notes

How are points determined?
The top 2 finishing drivers of each team will have their points added up for their team in every race this season. There is no Chase system for the Teams championship unlike the Drivers championship. In order to score points, the car/car number must be in the race. LPP's are not counted as I have done that for the last 2 or so seasons now.

Drivers that currently don't have a team on their sign up currently: (i.e. - TBA)
Gabe Herschel
J.D. Laird
Dan Mackay
However they will be assigned with a temporary team or the team they ran for in the previous season, if you switch to a new team, your points will not carry over

Teams colored in cyan/blue will state that the team has a Chase driver on said team, Teams colored in yellow are single car teams.

Also of note, if you don't sign up as a driver at all for the Proline Cup Series (IN THE FORUM), your car number won't being counted for team points for any races until you do and the races that you did run without signing up will NOT BE COUNTED FOR. Not going to give points to someone that hasn't registered as a driver unlike how I did for last season (i.e. Wetz & Lemonhead not signing up until halfway through last season)
