Jim Berkland's earthquake window is again open. With the main date of likelyhood being friday due to the full moon. So far since the window opened a few days ago there have been several stronger than average quakes and the strongest aftershock from Japan. A 7.1 in Honshu. He is concerned about California due to a few reports in the last week of bats missing from where they should be, and odd behaviors that the bats showing. That is one of his main signs that he looks for in predicting quakes in specific locations.
His windows have to do with the moon, sun, and other geological events, times, etc.
