| I would say we need to test out a few more tracks that we have upcoming. There wasn't a lot of input last night since no one was here.
I'm hoping we could do some this weekend, either today, tomorrow, or Sunday. If not, we could do it Wednesday night (No plan for doing the regular test session for the Shootout) _________________ Solstice Racing main Admin. | all we really need to test is pocono and auto club theres only a few tracks we didn't run last year, and maybe infineon. for like phoenix, watkins, pikes peak and stuff we already ran there so i think regular Wednesday testing should be fine. _________________ Solstice Racing Winter Proline Truck Series Season 10 ChampionSolstice Racing Proline Cup Series Season 3 ChampionVSR Nationwide Series Season 1 ChampionVSR Winston Cup Series ChampionSolstice Racing ASA Indycar Series Oval ChampionSolstice Racing Road of Champions Class B Champion64 NR2003 League Race winsLatest: 11/16/14 OSW SNC @ Phoenix

| Me and Sherm were talking about the all star race and we thought it would be fun to spice things up such as:
Doing the qualifying where you do a lap, then pit, then do another lap and your total time is taken. we would run it like we did Daytona 500 qualifying but everyone would have to line up in the garage area
the other thing we thought would be fun is to do a standing start, not a joke _________________ Solstice Racing Winter Proline Truck Series Season 10 ChampionSolstice Racing Proline Cup Series Season 3 ChampionVSR Nationwide Series Season 1 ChampionVSR Winston Cup Series ChampionSolstice Racing ASA Indycar Series Oval ChampionSolstice Racing Road of Champions Class B Champion64 NR2003 League Race winsLatest: 11/16/14 OSW SNC @ Phoenix

| Reading through an article on SB Nation with Kyle Busch getting asked questions, he mentioned the Michigan test saying that he was hitting 37.80's on his runs, but Gordon and Keselowski were hitting 37.20's.
Thought I'd mention this so that you could get a feel for the right grip settings Jake lol _________________ Solstice Racing main Admin. Career Wins: 40 (Last - Daytona, Studio Speed Retro Superspeedway Series) Career Poles: 38 (Last - Atlanta, Studio Speed Cup Series)

| Times are irrelevant considering our cars are like 30 mph faster in the turns and 20 mph slower on the straights _________________ | |

| Well, we were talking last night about how the track makes us go full-throttle, which is something Jake said he doesn't want to happen. _________________ Solstice Racing main Admin. | Just up the tire wear so that we're not doing it the entire run. You're not going to be able to increase the grip at a track like Michigan, where we already can go nearly full throttle with stock grip, and not have full throttle be the fastest way on a short run. _________________ | |

| What version of Homestead are we using? Each one handles different and I don't know what base setup to use. _________________ Solstice Pro-Line Season 5 Champion Solstice Nationwide 2012 Champion CRI Short Track Season 1 Champion CRI Truck Series Season 2 Champion

i'm guessing you guys have talked about it. we've brought it up every now and then and i think it will help bring new people here. once we get some new people then maybe we could go back to open setups but i would vote in favor of fixed setups next season

| Like I said, I've always been fine with an open setup league, so long as there is a contrasting fixed setup league as an alternative. We currently have three and car counts are about the same across the board. | |
