Remember not to paint your cars yet. Smiffsden said the updated IndyCar mod should be released way before the Indy 500.

we should run the gold coast race on the old mod if we need too, I'm sure everyone still has their old cars they can use.

Also I don't think I Mentioned this before but the Indy Pole Day is on the same day as the Indy 500, I thought we could start practice an hour after the race ends at like 4:00 PM or something, hopefully everyone will have a high off the race and we get a 30 car field, (Optimistic). We should be done before the Coke 600 starts.

Testing at Indy on my server right now since the race will be open setup.

I would like to have open sets for this race, I just hope it doesn't discourage a lot of people to run

Caleb has a base set that is pretty good in the file browser on the lobby, so hopefully people can just use that

Why all of a sudden did we add a number of approved Manufacturers? If I recall right, last week or two, it was said that we could use any manufacturer as long as it was real. And reading through the sign-ups, I saw 3 already that were not approved, including mine of Porsche, Shawn with McLaren, and Chin with Mazda. TBH, I think it would be cool to see all the different manufacturers, instead of having to choose from a list.

Anyways, doen't Mercedes and McClaren have some sorta partnership in F1?

Nah, just a little aggravated. I was thinking all day yesterday about running something different for the Indy car series since I saw Shawn running McLaren and Chin running Mazda. So after about an hour of looking on Google at different cars, I saw a Porsche that was awesome. So I decided on Porsche b/c I've never seem them in open wheel racing. Then I get all kind of logos and paint the entire car last night on the old templates to give me an idea of how it would look, and I fell in love with it. And then I close everything out, and get back on here and see that 3 mins after I got all my painting done, it changed.

I'm still adding manufactures and tires to the list, so if there are any I missed they will be added, like Porsche and Mazda. But yeah, McLaren is Mercedes.

Oh iight.

remember last time we did this series we had the quadruple crown? this time we should do something like that but call it the international championship for the races on other countries.
