2013 Sprint Cup Offline Series

I got VERY bored today, so I essentially drew up a roster and whipped up a carfile for every car for the 2013 season (no road course ringers done yet).

Ratings will be imported through NRatings from the 2011 and 2012 Seasons. I will select 18 races from each season to be imported in order to get a variety. After every race, I will re-rate the carfiles to ensure a competetive season.

Go or Go Home cars that are entered will have a 1 hour practice session by themselves and the fastest 8 make the race (pending past champion provisonal shennanigans). I will also keep track of the Top 35 in owners points. It will basically be the top 35 drivers, but just in case, I will add the points up for teams with multiple drivers (32 Ford, 55 Toyota). I will measure points on the current 2012 system and use the 2012 race schedule.

NOTE: The #52 of Mike Skinner originally made hte race, but Penske Racing paid him to withdraw so Sam Hornish Jr. can make the race. Bill Elliott had to use his past champions provitional, otherwise #37 Josh Wise would have made the race.

This simulation will be running with the following settings;
60 minute practice, 45 minute happy hour
50% race distance, 2x wear
realistic weather
caution flags and double file restarts
realistic damage

As none of the cars have any schemes, there will be no screenshots of this series.
