MAVtv 300 MIP Indycar World Championships [93 Laps]

spent an hour making this



7:00 PM EST- Open Practice
7:30 PM EST- Qualifying
7:45 PM EST- Race, 93 Laps, 300 Kilometers

I will be promoting this race big time, should we run it Monday, or another day? I'm thinking Sunday maybe

also we can use my server if we need to

Also, what are we doing with the track. Do we have a proper setup, track settings?

not sure about that yet, I'd like to do some testing after we see what it races like in real life, We'd probably use revamped.

I like the graphic. But its gonna take 5 days to run this race?

It needs to be ran on Monday like the normal races, mess with the regular schedule, you make a lot of people upset.

The last few weeks we haven't run because of the server issues and not having a back-up server. Not because of a lack of people to run them. Homestead was lackluster, though, but we still had enough to run it.

I think I still have a slight shot at the championship for oval, but I have no idea. I'll be here for sure

From what I've heard from Sherm about the fields it would only make 3-4 people upset, which I doubt they would be anyways, I think the goal is to run it on a day where people will actually want to run it as a big race more than a season ending race. There has also been plenty of notice and no objections thus far.

Anyone have a car I can run lol, I have Monday off and I will run

I believe the last race that has points from it was Michigan, Caleb was doing the points and had everything happen right after that race and hasn't been able to since.

So everything after that needs to be put in.

I should have been more specific. Is this race counting for points or not?

If people want it to I guess it can. Considering we completely skipped Montreal I figured the general consensus was that we'd just given up.

I probably wouldn't feel as inclined to run it if it didn't count for anything, honestly. Between work and other things, just have got to figure a lot of things out here for the future.

I'm sure it could still count towards the oval and overall, actually.

I'd like to do some testing tomorrow, I took a bunch of grip out and warmed it up a little bit offline and it was a bit more challanging to drive and a bit more accurate to the speeds they ran in real life, I also want to test that higher speed stuff we tested a while back and we'll decide what everyone wants to run.

Since you posted at 1:33 AM, I would by tomorrow, you mean today?

We can try to get the server to work tonight, if it works, we can try it for tomorrow, if not, we just won't even try to use it tomorrow.
