"The first race kicked off with DK on the pole, his first start of the season, with Brandon Lambert on his outside. The race was fairly clean, with an early caution in the back of the field. After the final restart Jake Poulin lead the outside field with Shawn Taylor while "Williams helped DK keep an edge on the bottom. When the white flag rolled out DK found himself in the middle on the back straight when the big one happened. After a huge accident, Poulin, Williams, and Taylor were left to duke it out, leaving Poulin with the win"
