Lost a gear and then eventually the engine. Sucks cause we restated last night for a blown gear lol. Oh well, typical road course luck for me.

Gave it my all on that final restart, drove a solid race, and then everything changed when the tire barriers attacked.

Missed my shift worrying about getting plowed from behind in the one corner with an inside wall, and die from it.

Knew I wasn't going to win when I stayed out, I just wanted to position myself for a potential top 5, knowing everyone with engine damage wouldn't be able to pass me unless something happened, which it did.

Proud of that effort, though. Not the finish I wanted, but I am satisfied with how I ran.

Definitely was fun to battle with Shawn and Ryan on the last three laps. It's always fun when you can find a couple of guys that you can trust to lean on without wrecking them or yourself. Had to work my tail off for the win, and just take advantage of every opportunity.

Enjoyed it guys. Hopin to make the chase, I think this win can definitely start sending some positive momentum in my direction.
