Season 9 Schedule Negotiation/Discussion

Might as well start now, we won't finalize it for another month or so. most changes will come from the first 10 races if we want to make them.

08/29/13- Gateway - 80 Laps - Night Race
09/05/13- Michigan? - 78 Laps
09/12/13- Richmond - 100 Laps - Night Race

Discuss, need to know what we want for tracks, maybe some new ones, The only races set in stone are Daytona, Richmond, Darlington, Martinsville, and Atlanta.

Texas World

I would suggest Motor Mile, Irwindale, or Myrtle Beach for the short track. I ran Motor Mile in a cup series a couple of years ago and it was fun. And Irwindale is always fun.

As far as the open short track date. One of the 3 that Emerson just said would be cool, what about maybe Nashville Fairgrounds too?

What about Bathurst on the week that currently has Trois Riveries. (Also on the same week as the Bathurst 1000 in real life too 0.o).

Don't really know about the speedway tracks yet. Charlotte sounds like meh but would be fun. Maybe Kansas or Chicagoland if 1.5 milers. Texas World would be fun too.

Would say keep Rockingham, Gotzenburg, Pocono and Gateway.

My suggestiosn are Iowa and New Hampshire

back in seasons 2-3-4-5 we had 3 road courses on the schedule, Would you guys like to go back to that? and add another road race like Bathurst or something and have an 11 race regular season?, not sure why we stopped doing 3 road races in a season. Also for the open slots my suggestions would be the new Kansas, and Charlotte. And I think it would be cool to see a local-ish short track like Irwindale or Langley. Irwindale would be awesome.

I'd be down for another few road courses.... Gotzenburg, New Spa, and that course Caleb is working on.

But no seriously, Charlotte.

What about Texas for one of the intermediate tracks?

We've ran it practically every season in Proline. At least the last three regular seasons...

i like Texas but we kinda burnt it out.

Need to put Phoenix back on the schedule.

When's the last time Dover has been on the schedule?

Maybe I missed the part, but what is International Cup exactly, is it a seperate points championship?

Christ not Motegi again, can we PLEASE do another track like Pikes Peak or Kentucky?

Caleb had to have it on there, wasn't my idea.

And the international cup is just going to be like a tripple crown thing for races not in the US.

Love this schedule, I would say if its done, try ICAR instead of Trois Rivieres and see what is better between Myrtle Beach and Music City Motorplex (Nashville Fairgrounds)

IIRC I got my first win at Music City Motorplex

and if ICAR gets finished we will run that in the Nationwide/Dash series the same week as the GP3R proline race

Schedule looks pretty good to me.

I would vote a Bristol or Gateway. Gateway was amazing this season


also I know Jake you brought up running the NNC07 mod again for winter, any decision made on that?

we made some more drastic changes to this schedule other than the ones in red because we decided to make it a 2013B season, a few repeats but more new tracks, if we are still running by the time season 11 comes around, the schedule will be similar to this season's schedule again.

Still too early to decide for winter, but it would probably be NNC07

and personally I would like to try out more short tracks, something about myrtle beach just doesn't click with me.
