Format is going to be similar to the Mudsummer Classic

There will only be 20 cars in the main due to the limited number of pit stalls, therefore only the top 10 in points will be locked into the race.

There will be two 15-lap heat races after time trials to set the inside/outside row starting order.

The main race will have 150 laps divided into three segments of 60, 50, and 40 each

If the field lock comes into play, the number of not locked in drivers will be evened out in the two heat races.
The top 3 of the not locked in drivers from each heat will transfer to the main.
The rest of the drivers not yet qualified will run a 20-lap last chance race for the remaining 4 spots in the main (only 3 if past champions provisional comes into play) the last chance race will count as your race points for positions 21+ for drivers who don't make the main

I get that Lemonhead has a top 5 and all, but shouldn't it go by the way points are laid out? It's not really a big deal, just wondering.

I went by how NASCAR does their tiebreakers with best finish.

Do the lp's work?

if they worked with how the pits were before they should still work fine. i just straightened it out a bit to fit more stalls.

inb4 dragged off to parts unknown in nr2k3 because they don't work now

Slight change of plans, I can't fit more than 20 pit stalls properly without it being a complete clusterfuck, so the field lock will be dropped to 20. Check the first post again.

I've been looking forward to this most of all this season.

I gotta say that last nights race was a lot of fun. It was defiantly tough, really hard back in traffic. I hope to see more of these types of races in the future.
