| That was a lot of fun. Also: Me and the #6 have a 100% success rate so far. | |

| A) I would have really appreciated a one-on-one discussion with one of the admins prior to posting the penalty.
B) Is there any sort of appeals process? 3 weeks seems a bit excessive, especially given the number of total incidents in Solstice.
C) What defines an incident? I had a car nearly spin out in front of me earlier tonight, and I spun trying not to rear-end him. Would that be cause for parking?

We also would appreciate you not doing stupid shit the last 4 weeks. It seems like just about every race since Indy you've done something incredibly dumb and we're done with it. Between blocking on lap 6 at Indy, wrecking and not holding the brake at Bristol, and I don't even know how many people you've dumped for virtually last place. You're better than that. I don't know why or what has caused you to lose your head but you need to find it real quick before we demote you to rookie. And an incident is something that you have control over avoiding. Dumping someone, blocking someone into the grass, dumb shit. _________________

| Wow, Chin. I attempted to be calm, professional, and thoughtful in what I typed, and that was how you respond? I kind of expected a bit more professionalism from a representative of the league (even an informal one such as this). For what it's worth, I never questioned the logic or reasoning behind the penalty. I just didn't appreciate not having a discussion prior to it's posting (the equivalent of being called to the truck, basically). | |

| My last 3 races have been almost exactly like Kyle's Pro-Line season.
Fucking horrible luck.
I guess I should pull the Andrew Schwartz strategy every race in this series for now on.

| That response should've been worded a whole lot better and I apologize for my frustration with various other events from the race making it's way into that post. In the future we'll be more transparent with similar penalties, but it got to the point where enough was enough. _________________ | |

| I appreciate that, Chin. I do realize I haven't been on my game recently, and I'd love to be able to tell you why and fix it, but I am at a loss myself as to why. I will continue to work on my racecraft as best I can, however. Thank you for the reply and I look forward to racing you (cleanly) tonight. | |
