I think for every race now, I will go 5 wide into turn 1 on each and every start/restart and not give a single fuck who gets taken out.

For breaking rule of Intentional Wrecking. By collecting someone else in the intent of wrecking a fellow racer.

Dylan wrecked Lambert and no one else was involved. You wrecked Jeff and Stubbs got collected.

The rule is you can do it, as long as no one else is collected or else you will be suspended for a race.

Keep up this attitude and it will end up more than a suspension for one race for you.

the rule also reads "DO NOT involve anyone else or you may be put on probation"

I'm also wondering how I got put EOLL for something that happened prior to 2 to go.

If you guys are gonna let Lambert run wild and make this league like the dictatorship it was back at CRI then be my guest. I worked my ass off to get solstice to where it was before I stepped down, it's a damn shame to see the shit I worked so hard to eliminate come back again.

Alright, it has been discussed with the other admins. As per the rule as stated above, you are on probation for 1 month. You're probation carries over to both series, testing, teamspeak and forums.

If you cause an incident both verbal (or typing) and on track, your actions will be taken into consideration based on admin discretion and could result in a suspension, or worse.

I want to add in to your stating of the rule with this
"There MAY be penalties more severe than an EOLL for intentional wrecking based on the severity on the incident at the admin's discretion. ie: Lap penalty, park, probation, or suspension."

In this case, the severity noted above was not enough to the suspension.

I'm sorry for making an ass of myself, for the umpteenth time. but thank you for furthur discussing the incident despite my awful attitude. I just felt wronged, no disrespect was intended to you baker, or any of the other admins.

As to why I reacted the way I did. Some 2 or 3 years ago I wrote those very lines of the rulebook, and I worded them in a way that allowed each incident to be looked at on a case-by-case basis, hence the wording "may" and "admins discretion"

Meanwhile, I'm seeing my name in all the posts and have absolutely no recollection of the incident being discussed....bahahaha. This is why I need to start saving replays....my memory lasts about 10 laps. lol.
