He's slow. Like literally slow. Not the first time he's done it and yet again, he claims a good RWR piece plus other people. Sigh. Good for Michael to get the win. Glad Jeffrey was able to get up there also.

| Yeah I thought it was good in the Bud Shootout, but now it's too redundant and strung out for me to enjoy. | |

| Doesn't help the race any that ESPN doesn't show jackshit as far as the pack racing goes. Just wish they had more people that could get hooked up on the start for we have more of the 2 car slingshots out there. Doubt it will happen though. Bleh. | |

| There's been alot of lead changes.
Doesn't mean shit since it's been between the Gibbs cars and Childress cars all day. -_-

| Good to see Tony get 4 in a row, if Junior didn't win, then Tony would have been my 2nd choice, the 2 car drafts prove to be exciting at the finish, but you can't even be self reliant anymore which somewhat annoys me. | |

| Great finish to a pretty boring race. Glad to see Tony get 4 in a row. Just really wish the race would've been better.. or at least have racing like they did in the Bud shootout, but they didn't. Speedweeks started off good and just started going downhill from there. To me, it seems like the only good things so far have been the finishes and the feel good stories. Racing on the other hand... Only two good races through and through. Just hope something happens tomorrow to allow them to at least get back to what happened in the Bud Shootout. Doubt it though. | |

| Out of all the shit this speedweeks has endured, that was, in my eyes, one of the greatest Daytona 500s in recent memory. This race had damn near everything that makes a race fucking awesome. Numerous cars actually had a legit shot to win the race. Nobody pulled away and dominated like they had in earlier races the past week or so. Everybody was racing all the time. The pack stayed together which provided some incredible racing and amazing saves and entirely way too close calls. There were a few wrecks that dampened it, but it quickly heated right back up.
Top it all off: WHO THE FUCK WOULD HAVE PREDICTED TREVOR BAYNE.
Beautiful. I love this race. Pure awesome.

| Agreed Sherm. What a race. What. a. race. I can't believe it. Trevor Bayne, who hasn't even won in Nationwide yet! Just won the biggest race you can win in all of Motorsports. I'm in shock, I couldn't even believe what I was seeing coming off turn 4. What a race, what a finish and what a story. Wood Brothers back in Victory lane at Daytona. Couldn't happen to a better guy or race team. Not to mention a new record in lead changes and the amount of different leaders. I called that! | |

| Absolutely unbelievable. Trevor Bayne is a great kid and deserves to be in victory lane. That kid is pure class and nothing else. As a fan of Robby though, I'm proud of what he did today. He was at the front the majority of the race. He had maybe one of the greatest saves I've ever seen in a 500. The only downside was the wreck with Brad, who had been racing with him all day, and Brad said it wasent his fault or anything. 16th is dissapointing for running up front all day. But, how about Trevor Bayne? |
