| Ok, well I won't be able to race tonight or at all. I don't get TS2 at all (I understand TS3 much better) and I don't get switching core ini's at all either. | |

| You can only have one core.ini in the NR2003 folder, you put the one you downloaded in the NR2003 folder, but before you do that, you have to back-up any other one and rename it as "StockCore.ini" (using that name as an example), and put it in a different place (I made a Cores folder inside my NR2003 folder so I can switch them around), so you have to back-up your other cores, and put the core.ini that you downloaded here in the NR2003 folder.
We need to get more people to show up to these races, would make it enjoyable to see some new people racing and gaining experience.

| I'm fucking frustrated... Had a good stretegy, could go the last run until the end. That got screwed. Then I had a run that could have taken the lead, and warp/netcode wrecked me. Derpity. | |

| this is all im saying
.......when the green came out on my screen i went. their was nowhere to go on the high side so it was either run Hyland over or go low. so i went low and i didnt complete the pass so i didnt get a penalty sooooooooooo admins call. dont think i should be penalized. yeah in real life that wouldve been called but this game is from 2003. so its either spin hyland on start or go low and i went low and DID NOT complete the pass. hyland had it at the line so admins call

| I will take a look at it and the winner will be declared in the next 20-30 minutes. _________________ Solstice Racing main Admin. Career Wins: 40 (Last - Daytona, Studio Speed Retro Superspeedway Series) Career Poles: 38 (Last - Atlanta, Studio Speed Cup Series)

| Since I don't think there is a rule that pertains to this situation, the admin has a few things too look at to make the call.
He didn't jump the start. Ok. He didn't complete the pass. Ok. But did he attempt/start the pass to the inside before the line. That he did.
Since there is no rule about it, I can only say you really can't penalize anybody.
Now, that being said.
Based off of how it was done in real life: you go when the green flag waves. If the person in front of you gets a poor restart, you should be able to start an attempt at a pass on the outside only. _________________ NR03 Career wins: 15 Career championships: 1

| There SHOULD be a rule for this; he SHOULD be given a black flag, buuuuut there isn't one so there's nothing you can really do. Congrats on the win I guess. | |

| Matthew Emerson has been declared the winner due to a lack of a rule. Next time this happens, there will be a penalty unless the position is given back.
Sorry Jordan, but you understand and it was my fault for not having a rule for it! _________________ Solstice Racing main Admin. Career Wins: 40 (Last - Daytona, Studio Speed Retro Superspeedway Series) Career Poles: 38 (Last - Atlanta, Studio Speed Cup Series)
