Final results:

Since Ian did turn Lambert before the line racing back, he will be given EOLL and placed at the end of the lead lap cars. Lambert will be credited with 2nd because he crossed the line after being turned, in 2nd.

Any of the crashes or wrecks after the line trying to slow up for the spin will not be accounted as EOLL's, and whatever you crossed the line in racing back, you will finish in.

Yes, the crash happened VERY close to the S/F, but Lambert was completely backwards from Ian spinning him before the line, so therefore Ian will get EOLL for causing a wreck racing back.

And yes, it is in the rulebook.

All this crap is DONE and OVER with. Plenty of time to make up ground in the other 14 races towards the championship, especially with this points system.
