| Because the Richmond Race is supposed to end at 9:30 PM EST, and even then, it could go longer then that.
I'd honestly rather run it another time, and I know it's not going to happen though. lol | |

| Start Practice at last years time. 9:30 PM EST and then we go race. Plenty of time to watch the race and still practice. | |

| I would say open the server at 9pm for practice for those that want to. start official practice at 9:30 and q at 10. that way its there to use but not required. | |
