It even says so at the bottom under the "About Sports Clips" section.
"Sport Clips is a proud sponsor of Joe Gibbs Racing’s NASCAR drivers, Joey Logano and Denny Hamlin"

Anyways, here's an interesting read from NASCAR higher ups and their stance on debris cautions. It has kind of swayed my opinion.

Maryeve Dufault and her sponsor are gone from ARCA it would appear. Don't fear, however, as Leilani Munter is in the #12 at least at Daytona. I'm hoping Milka Dun does good in Eddie Sharp Racing's equipment.

Front Row Motorsports signed crew chief Pat Tryson to oversee David Gilliland's #38 team.

I really hope this works out for both Pat and David, both deserve to have some good runs.

The rumor going around is that Red Bull Racing's equipment, cars, and points were bought by Burger King Racing, who will field the #83 for Cassill and the #93 for a TBA driver. Also, MacDonald Motorsports is announcing their plans tomorrow. Maryeve Dufault may end up there in some capacity. Jason Bowles is also supposed to have an announcement tomorrow.

Jason White will driver for Gunbroker Racing next season. He will run Fords with engines from Roush. He's come a long way from driving engined that die in under 30 laps at Bristol. I'm sure hoping he gets his first win this season.

How much of this is rumored information, how much of this is fact, and how much of this is your hopes?

Maryeve Dufault deal at MMM doesn't seem like much, but I figured Reed Sorenson would be in the 81 ride for them.

They announced on Fox Noise and Friends this morning that American Majority, Pledge to Vote, Keep America Free is the sponsor of the #81 MacDonald Motorsports team and Jason Bowles.

So I did a little research into this company. Well, it seems to be the typical wannabe grassroots, wannabe tea party group that has isn't grass roots at all, but has a massive web of funding, and massive influence over the Republican candidates. They cannot call themselves an independant organisation politically because in they were telling candidates to drop out of the race several months back, and they were accused of helping out of the Rick Perry campaign.

They also seem to be grouped in with all these so called "conservative" organisations that have been funded by the billionaire Koch Brothers. They aren't for people opening their mind..They are for a conservative brand of sheep.

I actually checked out their website, Pledgetovote.com. This is the pledge they offer;
"Because I believe the time has come to put Americans back in the driver’s seat. We can only keep America free by engaging the political process and rallying more Americans who believe less government and less spending will mean more jobs and a brighter future for our nation. America's best days will be ahead if all of us do our part to keep it free and prosperous.

I'm doing my part by pledging to vote, to keep America free."

Its politically biased. It makes me giggle that "American Majority Racing" has a Canadian driver.

The new Arrington team that David Starr is driving for in the truck series is apparently co-oned by Dusty Davis's dad or something like that. Either way, Dusty Davis is driving a Ram for Arrington at Daytona.

In other news, the ARCA entry list for Daytona is up to 60 cars. 3 cars have no driver listed, and 1 entry has no number listed.

Ladies and gentlemen, the incomparable, JWT

Quote :
John Wes Townley Charged With DUI After Car Wreck In Georgia (by Jeff Gluck)

NASCAR Camping World Truck Series driver John Wes Townley was charged with driving under the influence after crashing his 2012 BMW into a telephone pole in Georgia, the Athens Banner-Herald reported Friday.

The incident, which occurred early Tuesday morning, came to the attention of the Oconee County Sheriff's Department when a 911 call reported "a suspicious man knocking on the back door of a home" at 4:30 a.m.

Sheriff's deputies arrived to find a disoriented Townley "swaying from side to side and bleeding from his bare feet," the report said. Townley was arrested and charged with DUI and weaving in the roadway.

The newspaper said deputies found blood on the seat of the car, which had its airbags deployed in the crash.

Townley's incident could be a blow to the 22-year-old's NASCAR comeback. The son of Zaxby's co-founder Tony Townley is attempting to revive his career with RAB Racing, which formerly fielded Nationwide cars for the driver.

RAB Racing declined comment when contacted by SB Nation.

This isn't the first time Townley has found trouble with authorities on an alcohol-related offense. In 2010, Townley was cited for underage possession of alcohol during the Las Vegas race weekend (he was a Richard Childress Racing driver then).

"I made a big mistake and feel terrible about it," Townley said at the time. "I have learned a valuable lesson and will do everything I can to make it up to those I have let down."

Townley was released from RCR due to performance issues the month after the Las Vegas incident and given a second chance by RAB Racing.
But he mysteriously left RAB during the Richmond race weekend that summer and had apparently given up on NASCAR for good.

RAB Racing team owner Robby Benton decided to give Townley another shot this season, though, and the driver is set to run a full Camping World Truck Series schedule for the team.

NASCAR had no immediate comment on Townley's incident, though it has previously allowed drivers charged with DUI to race.

The most recent example was Nationwide Series driver Michael Annett, who was arrested for DWI last February but still allowed to race at Daytona.

Well...Driving under the influence if alchohol isn't a whole lot worse than driving under the influence of John Wes Townley.
