| This is the biggest amount of bullshit ever, if this bill gets passed we cannot post any gaming streams, or 10 videos from COD, iRacing and even NR2003 within a 180 day period and if you make 2500 bucks a year from those 10 videos or "strikes" it will be considered a felony charge and they will be able to put you in jail..streams are off limits no matter what though. And it would also mean ANY game footage that anyone has posted over the internet will need to be removed if it was on there before the bill was passed. The only people who would be allowed to is people who get exclusive permission from a company to e-mailing them.. so derp. Now I'm not saying NR2003 would be something that would be the first target.. but it wouldn't surprise me if its down along the line. This is more of a target to people who post free music, movies and tv shows, but the way its worded is ANYTHING that is copyrighted, you cannot post. And if the bill is passed, the game companies can't do much about it, they can't allow the public to post videos. Also any covers for music that is uploaded will be a felony as well :/ Theres not a big need for panic at the moment, because this is the early developments of this bill, but its a real threat if nothing is done about it. | If this is what our government is most worried about, with all the things that need tending to, we're even further up shit creek without a paddle. If you pay for the damn things, you should be able to do whatever the hell you please with them.. | |

| I think that the bill, to a point, violates our 1st Amendement right to Freedom of the Press. I know that its not about that and its more about copyrights and shit but if it goes through you are limiting the people from expressing their interests and opinions through streams. |

| congress just doesnt know what goes on with the internet, yea streaming and uploading tv shows movies and music is bad for the companies that create them, but the use of video game footage is how the video game industry grows, i bet you never seen any commercials for minecraft have you? that game went viral because of the internet. this bill has good intentions but it needs to be revised, video game companies arent happy about this bill either, the internet is how their games get popular. Video game companies currently have the right to prevent videos from being uploaded and being streamed, but if this bill passes they no longer have control over it, it will all be controlled by the government. i cant belive congress is even considering this shit when theres so many other problems in our country much worse than this. and all this will do is create another one | |

| That makes no sense, at all. Why would the big time companies like Activision/Infinity Ward have options in the game to upload clips to YouTube? Same with Codemasters. And if they wanted it they would of stopped us by now. | |
