the payton suspenion is a message to the league.

Commissioner Roger Goodell has ordered the owners of all 32 NFL teams to make sure their clubs are not offering bounties like the New Orleans Saints did from 2009-11.

Goodell's memo instructs each team's principal owner and head coach to certify in writing by March 30 that no pay-for-performance system exists.

Goodell says Wednesday that bounty programs "are incompatible with our efforts to promote sportsmanship, fair play, and player safety."

There's apparently a clause in Tebow's contract that would require the Jets to pay the Broncos $5 Million in the trade. If they were to refuse to do that the deal would fall apart and he's back on the market.

tbh tho, this may sound kind of out of place. Most of the GMs do not know that H-Bacon 27 Gator Switchflip is (i used one of my old plays LOL) so to translate it from the GM to the coaches on the field is kind of impossible

Then again, coaches need to smarten up nowadays, you just don't know who is listening to you. This is why I used to like Peyton Manning that other guy and I kind of copied him a little bit. When I know that my friend from the opposing team knows my tendency I would usually call a booby play so that I could change it when he falls into my trap.

Chris Cooley was released

Colts traded for vontae davis the other day. I'm pretty excited. Giving up a 2nd round pick and a conditional late rounder is fine by me. Finally getting a #1 corner they desperately needed. Powers is the only legit starter, the rest of the CBs would be practice roster players on other teams lol. Pagano was a former DB coach so maybe he can light a fire under Davis cause he has the potential to be a top 5-10 corner in the league. Alot of dolphin fans are mad about the trade.
