DEI 500 Qualifying

Subject: DEI 500 Qualifying Mon Dec 07, 2009 9:27 am

Ok so when do use that want to run the DEI 500 want to get together for the qualifying days?

I was thinking go in and practice tomorrow(Monday) then practice again Tuesday and make my first attempt. Then i'll see where i'm at and practice again Wendsday and then my last Q chance Thursday.

Keep in mind, you don't have to do qualifying but i'm gonna try.

Qualifying Event Dates and Times
Sunday 12-06-09 10am-12pm / 8pm-10pm
Monday 12-07-09 11am-1pm / 9pm-11pm
Tuesday 12-08-09 2pm-4pm / 5pm-7pm
Wednesday 12-09-09 3pm-5pm / 6pm-8pm
Thursday 12-10-09 11am-1pm / 5pm-7pm
Friday 12-11-09 3pm-7pm (4hr Block)
Saturday 12-12-09 10am-12pm / 3pm-6pm (3hr Block)
Sunday 12-13-09 1pm-4pm (3hr Block) / 8pm-12pm (4hr Block)

me, jake and adam ran ours tonight, im about to run in the final block. I'm gonna do my 2nd attempt with Adam and Jake on Sunday though.

Ok so i've been doing Q runs today and i've been running consistant 190's with a best lap of 190.295 in a 2 lap run so far which is 13th. I'm hopefully gonna make my runs tomorrow, like my first one in the morning and second in the evening. I'm not sure if I can make pole but IDK, i'm gonna keep practicing.

Well Codol fell out on pace laps came back 1 lap down & I started 8th he qualified 2nd, And he fell back In line behind me pushing me & I was upto like 4th & & 3rd wrecked 2end & slid up & pushed me into the wall had dmg Codol blew his engine & I winded up topping out at 175 mph w/o draft winded up 8th 15 cars showed up 13 or 12 finished.

I was running 11th, a guy blew up under caution with 3 to go and took out another guy so I was in 9th.. locked in. ANd my motor blows up coming to 2 to go.
