| The Models we will be using:
Chevy Malibu/Cruze (Have to find Cruze Decals, I should have them.) Dodge Dart Ford Mustang Honda Accord
Caleb and I will be working on a Super-Template, considering there is only one model for the sportsman mod.

| Can't we use this for the Dodge's instead of the Dart?: I can upload it, I also have a 2012 Ford Fusion 2048 temp since Chad's temps don't come with a Ford. | |

| I removed the mustang in place of the Pontiac, I think I will include the Ford in the template package, but I still would rather keep the Dart as the dodge. | |

| Caleb, you did the points wrong, proline drivers don't score points but the people running for points get the points for where they finished in the race, not where they finished compared to other drivers running for points. IDK if we made that clear but that's how it's suppose to go.
for example if the top 5 in the race was like this
1. Chad Mikosz 2. Keith Sherman 3. Ryan Williams 4. Mason Welborn 5. Dan Mackay
the points would look like this
1. Keith Sherman 42 points 2. Mason Welborn 40 points 3. Dan mackay 39 Points
not like this
1. Keith Sherman 47 points 2. Mason Welborn 42 points 3. Dan Mackay 41 points

| Jake I know that. I did do them right. In NASCAR, when you win the race you get 3 extra points added on to the 43 you already got, which makes it 46. Then Timmy got 1 point for leading a lap to make it 47. | |

| but timmy didnt win, thats the thing, he also never led a lap, he finished 2nd and you gave him win points. and hyland finished 3rd and got points for 2nd, and so on... like I said, maybe you misunderstood, but the points you get should be where you finish in the race, not where you finish compared to other point eligible drivers. like this http://www.jayski.com/nationwide/2013/pdfs/nns-01daytona2013driver.pdf | |

| I wasn't trying to do it off of the Nationwide points Jake. I don't think we ever even talked about how we were going to do the points, you just kinda assumed we were doing the Nationwide style when I personally think if the person is the highest finishing Dash Series driver in the race, they should get rewarded for doing so, which is why I set it up like I did with the "win" points. We just never really both talked about how we wanted to do it. You're right on the lap thing though, I guess I wasn't paying attention. | |

| it just doesn't seem right to me to give someone win points and the bonus that goes with it when they didn't actually win the race, and the same goes for other positions. I think we oughta do it the way Nascar does it. It's like the same concept as part time drivers in Proline, they can't run the whole season but we don't take them out of the order for points payout and only score points to the guys that are running for points in order of where they finished everyone gets points for where they finished in the race with no shuffling. It just makes every position matter.
Like if you're racing a proline driver for a position you shouldn't be like "I'll just let him by because I will get the same points whether I finish ahead of him or not."
another example would be like if you are running for points and you race your ass off for a 2nd place finish and then the guy you are racing for the title finishes 5th, and proline drivers finish 3rd and 4th. If it were me in that spot I would be kinda pissed that the guy I beat by 3 spots wouldn't only get 1 less point than me.
I would agree though with giving the highest finishing dash driver some kind of bonus but not "win" points.
sorry I'm going crazy on this but it's something I feel strongly about.

| I agree with Jake, I like the Nationwide style better, maybe give a bonus point(s) for the highest finishing Dash driver. I am saddened at no Little Rock this week . | |

| I don't think you're going crazy, Jake. I agree. If we are going to allow drivers that aren't running for points to run the races, they are still on track competition. If I can't beat a driver for that position, I don't deserve to have those points. If I'm battling a proline driver for the win, and I finish 2nd. I don't deserve win points. My "bonus" is being the lead Dash series driver, beating all the other Dash series drivers.
It all equals out in the end when you do it Jake's way.
Noted, this is something that should always be discussed, preseason.
