3rd Annual Daytona 500k

Putting this up now so people know the procedure to make the field.

To set the field of 34 for the Daytona 500k:
-Top 15 in points from last season are locked into the field
-Top 2 Fastest of not locked in drivers in Qualifying(3 if no past champion prov.)
-Top 8 of not locked in drivers from each duel
-Most recent past champion(must attempt to make field)

If you do not make the field, still show up on raceday as there may be a few no-shows


Times:

QUALIFYING: Wednesday FEB 19th @ 9:00 PM
Duels: Tuesday FEB 25th @ 9:00 PM
Race: Thursday FEB 27th @ 8:30 PM

Pretty excited for this one, but if Qualifying will be on a Wednesday, I won't be able to try for the pole

But I'm used to starting in the back lol

Might not make it tonight, PC had some issues this morning and just don't want to overload the CPU (need to clean dust out of the PC again)

So the front row is locked into their positions no matter what, right? Or is it if we wreck we lose our position?

Caleb told me over TS last night that he will NOT be running the 500k so that gives someone else another spot.

if he puts someone in the 80 car they will be guaranteed a spot

Im probably just gonna have to ride at the back all night. My internet connection still isn't perfect and Time Warner thinks some water probably got into the line and is screwing with the connection. It seems random as to when it works and when it doesnt so we'll see.
