Here is evidence that Fracking was a likely cause of the Oklahoma earthquake:

Even though I know there is a 99% chance nothing will happen. This national emergency broadcast tests/tsunami test/asteroid close pass have me interested still.
There are also a wave of other unusual "drills" going on that day..Combined with the date. 11/9, or 9/11 under the European system for dating.
This is the area that if the Asteroid would hit at 5:35 EST as would be the time that it would, it would hit somewhere in this area:
Well...Well...Well..This major tsunami excersize..It is set to be a test of what would happen during a massive tsunami coming out of almost that exact area.
Reports are also coming out that 22 year old soldier has been arrested on espionage charges for unconvering a secret. If you look at the comet that passed us just a couple weeks ago named Comet Elenin. If you go by the mititary terms. ELE-NI-N stands for, Extinction-Level-Event-Notable-Impact-November.
Lets run the numbers on the tsunami this would cause:
Quote :
Distance from Impact: 120.00 km ( = 74.50 miles ) Projectile diameter: 400.00 meters ( = 1310.00 feet ) Projectile Density: 3000 kg/m3 Impact Velocity: 5.00 km per second ( = 3.11 miles per second ) Impact Angle: 50 degrees Target Density: 1000 kg/m3 Target Type: Liquid water of depth 1000.0 meters ( = 3280.0 feet ), over crystalline rock. Energy: Energy before atmospheric entry: 1.26 x 1018 Joules = 3.00 x 102 MegaTons TNT The average interval between impacts of this size somewhere on Earth during the last 4 billion years is 1.1 x 105years Major Global Changes: The Earth is not strongly disturbed by the impact and loses negligible mass. The impact does not make a noticeable change in the tilt of Earth's axis (< 5 hundreths of a degree). The impact does not shift the Earth's orbit noticeably. Atmospheric Entry: The projectile begins to breakup at an altitude of 34500 meters = 113000 ft The projectile reaches the ground in a broken condition. The mass of projectile strikes the surface at velocity 4.89 km/s = 3.04 miles/s The impact energy is 1.20 x 1018 Joules = 2.88 x 102MegaTons. The broken projectile fragments strike the ground in an ellipse of dimension 0.812 km by 0.622 km Crater Dimensions: What does this mean? The crater opened in the water has a diameter of 4.9 km ( = 3.04 miles ). For the crater formed in the seafloor: Crater shape is normal in spite of atmospheric crushing; fragments are not significantly dispersed. Transient Crater Diameter: 1.6 km ( = 0.991 miles ) Transient Crater Depth: 564 meters ( = 1850 feet ) Final Crater Diameter: 2 km ( = 1.24 miles ) Final Crater Depth: 425 meters ( = 1390 feet ) The crater formed is a simple crater The floor of the crater is underlain by a lens of broken rock debris (breccia) with a maximum thickness of 197 meters ( = 646 feet ). At this impact velocity ( < 12 km/s), little shock melting of the target occurs. Thermal Radiation: What does this mean? At this impact velocity ( < 15 km/s), little vaporization occurs; no fireball is created, therefore, there is no thermal radiation damage. Seismic Effects: What does this mean? The major seismic shaking will arrive approximately 24 seconds after impact. Richter Scale Magnitude: 5.4 Mercalli Scale Intensity at a distance of 120 km: III. Felt quite noticeably by persons indoors, especially on upper floors of buildings. Many people do not recognize it as an earthquake. Standing motor cars may rock slightly. Vibrations similar to the passing of a truck. IV. Felt indoors by many, outdoors by few during the day. At night, some awakened. Dishes, windows, doors disturbed; walls make cracking sound. Sensation like heavy truck striking building. Standing motor cars rocked noticeably. Ejecta: What does this mean? The ejecta will arrive approximately 2.64 minutes after the impact. At your position there is a fine dusting of ejecta with occasional larger fragments Average Ejecta Thickness: 33.6 microns ( = 1.32 thousandths of an inch ) Mean Fragment Diameter: 7.4 mm ( = 2.92 tenths of an inch ) Air Blast: What does this mean? The air blast will arrive approximately 6.06 minutes after impact. Peak Overpressure: 3820 Pa = 0.0382 bars = 0.542 psi Max wind velocity: 8.85 m/s = 19.8 mph Sound Intensity: 72 dB (Loud as heavy traffic) Tsunami Wave: What does this mean? The impact-generated tsunami wave arrives approximately 21.5 minutes after impact. Tsunami wave amplitude is between: 41.7 cm ( = 16.4 inches) and 14.0 meters ( = 46.0 feet).
Likely though, nothing will happen and this will just be another coincidence...but I am still interested by this,.

Lot's of people are saying it's fracking, but can fracking cause a 5.6 earthquake? That Dutchsinse video did seem weird considering there was a lot of random drilling sites it looked like.

If you look at fracking sites and earthquakes. 4.7 is a very typical number. On the night before the 5.6 there was a 4.7 quake. There was also a 4.7 in Texas around a fracking location. As well as Colorado, and New Mexico I believe.
This 5.6 could have been triggered by that 4.7 (Which I believe was fracking) or it could have also been caused by fracking.

I don't understand how there isn't regulations or somtehing in place to prevent fracking from causing earthquakes. 5.6 is still a decent earthquake.

Good to see the testing at the very least. I stil ldon't think we would be prepared nearly enough for a major tsunami.
On another note, we are going over earthquakes in my earth science class.
The 1812 earthquake on the New Madrid fault in Missouri rang church bells as far away as Boston. Few people were hurt because back then, there wasn't much in Missouri to knock over. But if there were a major earthquake now, it would be absolutely catastrophic. Absolutely none of the buildings in the midwest are build to stand earthquakes.

That earthquake actually made the Mississippi River run backwards for a little while. Some people claim that there could be an undergrond volcano in and around the new madrid fault because some Indians that were there wrote about some things that sounded similar to a volcano such as some venting coming from the ground.

Don't know how many of you have seen any part of the Micheal Jackson trial, but they just reached a guilty verdict for Dr.Conrad Murray (who was supposed to take care of MJ but did a piss poor job of it) for killing MJ.

Rick Perry is a intolerant, inane, impossibly unintelligent religious freak and I have never hated someone with such a passion.
Good news is, I'm not the only one. That video was put up on December 6th, and is already LITERALLY the most disliked video on Youtube.
EDIT: The Huffington Post was wrong, it isn't yet the most disliked video on Youtube. But if it keeps going like it is, and they don't take it down, I'd say it will be by the end of the month.

Honestly, anyone who is as ignorant as that should be banished from this world. "Being gay is wrong because its in the bible" just makes me want to explode. Its a fucking fictional book, and i say that with confidence. And anyone who thinks that this country shouldn't allow gay marriage because of religion should leave, because the fucking fathers who created this country made sure there is a separation between church and state, and it shouldn't matter. The people who think they have the fucking right to say that other people shouldn't HAVE the certain right to do something are complete dipshits, and i can say that with no hesitation.
No, im not gay, but i know plenty of people who are, including people in my own family. Anyone like Rick Perry, or the fucking creature that Michelle Bachmann is, can die for all i care. They dont deserve a say in who gets what, and the fact that they had made it THIS far makes me doubt humanity.
THATS what i think.
