| You're required to sign up for Selective Service when you turn 18 anyways. Not really any different. | |

You are required...To fill out a form..Which I dont even remember doing, but had to have been done without my knowledge because I got a small amount of financial aid for college, and having done that is required.. I think if you have to fill one out..It should be with the person filling it out's own knowledge, and them judging what to put on that form..Including things like prior medical history...This seems to be an express thing that takes your drivers license info, and put it on a sheet, and makes it eligible for draft...And most people wouldnt even know they've been signed up for it. I probably wouldnt even be approved to serve anyway due to the issues with my back, jaw, and head. And anxiety disorder. BTW: Whats the Thing under the Reply box, when you hit the Reply button, where it says "Dice Rolls"

Same thing happened to me, minus the financial aid. I received basically what was a confirmation letter, a receipt if you will, saying that I was registered, even though I never actually did anything.

| I didn't sign up for the draft, if was automatically done for me... IDK what caused it, maybe graduating or something... Or they have records of when you turn 18 and just do it for you (having trouble with hispanics not being able to read shit maybe?) | |

| Go to college through my Junior year, then enlist in the DEP to finish my Senior year to be active duty. Enter the Army as an E-4 SPC, go to Infantry, Airborne School, and Ranger School. If I like the Army, go to OCS to become a 2LT and then join Special Forces.
My plan as of now for any Armed Forces route.

| When you register to vote, you automatically enter the draft. I believe if you go to renew/move to next level on your drivers license at 18 or over they will enter you also. It's required by law for every male (don't think females are ATM) to register BUT only healthy people would be allowed to actively serve if the draft were to go into effect. So basically, if you're mentally retarded or your leg is busted, you're off the hook. | |

| By the way, you're not guaranteed you'll end up Infantry if you get drafted. You could get stuck with some shitty MOS like 89D or 92G. Although a lot of guys here would prolly love to have 92G, rather than 11B. | |

I guess Baker doesn't have to worry about anything then.

| Just heard on Coast to Coast AM that in the last few minutes there has been a 4.2 earthquake 50 miles form St. Louis, MO. Not a big quake, but big for the mid-west and near the new madrid fault.
I wonder if it could have something to do with a solar flare released by the fun a few hours ago. There is a warning out on it that it could interrupt some radio transmissions..I wonder if they could be related.

| ..Alrighty then.. The provisional entry list is out for the ADAC 24 Hours of the Nordschliefe. On the entry list currently is 189 cars. Theres a good 50 cars that can win this thing. I would say the favorite the GT2-spec BMW M3 E92, driven by their Le Mans drivers. The other E1-XP2 class car is the N. Technology P4/5 Competizione driven by Mika Salo, Luca Cappelari, Nicola Larini, and Fabrizio Giovanardi. In SP9 you have several Audi Racing run R8 LMS's GT3 spec cars. In E1-XP Hybrid, you have the Porsche GT3 car that ran well last year. Theres 1 GT4 Spec Corvette entered it appears. There are a few super teams there. Black Falcon entering 4 cars that I can find, 1 Audi R8 LMS and 3 Mercedes SLS AMGs, Manthey Porsche running 4-5 Porsches. Some of Caleb's favorite cars, the Live-Strip.com BMWs are back. BTW, another beautiful car in the 24 Hours of Le Mans | |
