I say we run Ians server again. Or at least run the ini Ian has for Texas in his server. I don't want the track modified at all because we've been testing all week and the tire wear and heat was perfect IMO.

I still have the track edits on my server, but like Ian said I think we messed with the tire heat/wear just a tiny bit. It also has the merging fix.

Tire heat did seem excessive on the right side, and if you have the merging fixed, then cool!

Going off what everyone said about last season's race, I guess everyone liked the changes and it helped make for a good race. Don't change what ain't broke I guess lol

Couple of us on teamspeak were discussing next season and the best schedule and we came up with this as a schedule for Season 5

S. Daytona
1. Daytona
2. Phoenix
3. Kentucky
4. Pocono
Charlotte (All-Star Race)
5. Watkins Glen
6. Atlanta
7. Pikes Peak
8.Three Rivers
9. Texas
10. Richmond

*CHASE*
1. Darlington
2. Talladega
3. Road America
4. Kansas
5. Martinsville
6. Homestead

......not that big of a change but some races changed to have better racing all together. this was just a proposal by a couple of us and wanted to see what everybody else thought about it

I also suggested giving out two or so bonus points to the winners of the shootout and all star, to give them a bit of reason instead of a random throw away race. Since we'd be using the new NASCAR points system, I think it would make those races have some meaning to them.

The admins will discuss our options after this season. Any and all ideas will be looked at and talked over.

I like the schedule but I think should abroad ourselfs on the road courses. There are plenty out there at our disposal. Like silverstone, montrale, mosport just to name a few.

I agree, maybe just me, (and I like Adam's track), but I'm tired of running Watkins Glen in every series. I'd rather run one of those instead of Watkins Glen.

I like Kansas in the Chase, we ran Kansas Revamped 09 in Season 1 and it had a really good high line on long runs. I'd rather have Atlanta be the 2nd to last race in the Chase switched around with Texas.

Watkins Glen produces good race after good race every season. I think it deserves a date for as long as we run this series.

I would rather not run three road courses again tbh.

Road Courses produce some of the best racing all season long.. I think it should be up for discussion. Just because some guys dislike them doesn't mean we shouldn't run them just because one or two people don't want to. js

i would say depending on how good Road America goes, either leave it or go to another oval or try an off the wall road course like mosport, jarama, or limerock.

and i forgot to add what shawn said. giving 2-3 points for an all star race would be awesome because people wouldn't bs it

I think Mosport would be a good road course, and another tight road course would be epic. Trios Rivers would awesome, but I would to go to a different one, something similar though. And we need Pocono and Indy in the next season! I haven't seen those tracks ran in a while.

Tentative changes (I can remember) are:

- Homestead becoming last race of year, Bristol removed and Atlanta moves to its date
- Kansas will replace Charlotte's points-race date in the chase, with an All-Star race being held there instead.
- Pocono will replace New Hampshire.

I believe there were some other changes like Watkins Glen being pushed back a bit and Pocono being the 4th or 5th race in.

Pocono, Indy, NOT GETTING RID OF NEW HAMPSHIRE/ getting rid of pikes peak.. Not the same road courses. tbh imo
