Tried to get him at Martinsville and failed. Threatened to get him at Texas. Actually does run into him at Phoenix and now another "threat" for Homestead.
We've seen the punishment for "heat of the moment" incidents like what Kyle did. If Vickers does wreck him at Homestead, there needs to be an even more severe penalty for a premeditated attack, because that's what it essentially would be.
