They are quickly trying to put together a plan for speed weeks. The team said they are not available for comment at the moment. But team owner Caleb Paul supports his driver because he is a fellow weed smoker himself. _________________ R.I.P. | Victory for Solstice Racing at Daytona!A wild race in Daytona lead to a trip to victory lane for the driver of the #15 Royal Purple Chevrolet Silverado. After 49 grueling laps of racing it came down to a G-W-C finish. Sherman restarted in the 4th position and by the end of the back straightaway he was in the lead. After having troubles on an earlier restart, Sherman stayed ahead of trouble and fought off a late race charge by #82 Shawn Taylor in the final stretch to take home the victory, his second at Daytona in Trucks. "I had to do some bobbing and weaving and some blocking, but you gotta do what you gotta do to take the trophy, and it feels great to be back in victory lane here at Daytona. Looking forward to the rest of speedweeks, we'll come back here tomorrow I've got my own car to try and win in Nationwide. We'll see how it goes." | |
