Whoever made the decision to go to Bahrain is a fucking idiot. Possibly the worst decision in Motorsports.

Idk if y'all knew this but they have been taking the safer barriers down at Bristol. I guess they finally decided to repave it.

They aren't "repaving" it, the are re-configuring it back to the original concrete banking.

Our thoughts and prayers are with Taylor Hacquard, driver on the I-Moto Racing team in GRAND-AM Road Racing who was brutally attacked last night. For those who are looking for an update, read below, and keep him in your thoughts. Many of you were asking what happened to Taylor. Taylor’s dad gave me permission to tell everyone what happened.
Taylor was attacked while walking to his girlfriend’s house late last night. The attack was unprovoked and he was beaten into a state of unconsciousness and was found on the side of a road. He was rushed to hospital last night. He is suffering from head trauma. The breathing tube has been removed and he is resting comfortably. There is bleeding in his brain and for now, we wait for better news. He is in intensive care. If the bleeding stops on its own it will be better than the surgical option but it's in god’s hands from here on in. He is grumpy, nauseous and still thinks he is leaving for Miami soon.
Thanks for everyone's thoughts and prayers.

Jeff Gluck ain't the best reporter around, but he sure as hell nailed this article about the horrendous FOX coverage along with general things across TNT and ESPN also do.
