I've been having sleep problems ever since going back to work.
I'd fall asleep fine, for the most part. But I'd end up waking up at 2, 2:30, or 3 in the morning and can never fall back asleep.
Today I got a new pillow and a memory foam pad to see if that could help out a little bit. So here's to hoping it helps. If not, guess I'll have to deal with it :/

I'm getting even more depressed than I was before. I'm completely out of energy. I can't talk to people. They won't answer me. I annoy them until they hate me. No one wants to talk to me, or know me, or trust me. No one wants to even be around me. I'm so depressed I don't even know what to do. ITs the most hopeless thing in the world.
