And his last tweet sums it up:
Quote : Byron Young @byronf1 Sitting here on a day in which I have smelt Molotov cocktails and tasted teargas wondering what the hell F1 is doing in Bahrain?

For those who are looking for an update, read below, and keep him in your thoughts. Many of you were asking what happened to Taylor. Taylor’s dad gave me permission to tell everyone what happened. Taylor was attacked while walking to his girlfriend’s house late last night. The attack was unprovoked and he was beaten into a state of unconsciousness and was found on the side of a road. He was rushed to hospital last night. He is suffering from head trauma. The breathing tube has been removed and he is resting comfortably. There is bleeding in his brain and for now, we wait for better news. He is in intensive care. If the bleeding stops on its own it will be better than the surgical option but it's in god’s hands from here on in. He is grumpy, nauseous and still thinks he is leaving for Miami soon. Thanks for everyone's thoughts and prayers.
