| Well, I'm not sure if you are talking in terms of Celcius or Fahrenheit, but the warmer temperatures there makes sense because you are either on the equator, or pretty darn close to it lol. | |

| Going to be building a new computer with tax money this year. My computer is about 4 years old now, still kick pretty strong for iRacing & NR2003, but I'm wanting more! So, I've been shopping around and looking at everything, and have finally came up with a conclusion on my new system. Here is what it consist of:
Case: NZXT Phantom White/Red $115 Motherboard: Asus Maximus IV Extreme $340 CPU: Intel Core i7-2600k $330 Ram: Corsair Vengeance 16BG @ 1600MHz $90 Graphics Card: XFX Radeon HD6790 2GB $350 (will add 2nd one later and be crossfired!) CPU Liquid Cooler: Corsair H70 $75 2 Extra 200mm Fans $15
It will be a total of around $1300 after everything is said and done.
But it will be kind of top of the line. Been watching videos and everything, and looking at BF3, the HD6790 2GB was getting around 80 FPS on Ultra settings with only 8 GB @1333MHz of Ram. So I hoping for 90-100 FPS!

Fahrenheit, I'm close to the equator, but damn, 89 degrees every single day sucks. And there isn't any wind, so it's very hot out here. If I lived on the coast I wouldn't complain - Lambert wrote:

| Got an electric razor, $100 in cash and F1 2011 for PC for my birthday. Not bad. Only problem is that F1 2011 tends to skip as I try to brake...lol. Not a lot, just enough to annoy me. Setting the processes priority to "high" helped. | |

Good processor, haven't fully messed with overclocking it yet. | |
